- Shipping Region: We currently ship to all locations within Bangladesh.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 24-48 business hours after the order is confirmed.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and calculated from the time your order is dispatched (not from the time the order is placed).

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the selected delivery speed.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee of TK 80TK/120TK applies per order.

4. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
- Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your Tracking Number and a link to the tracking website of our logistics partner: Redex
- Tracking: You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Delivery Acceptance and Inspection
- Inspection: Upon arrival, you are entitled to check the products before receiving and signing for the delivery.
- Damages/Issues: If you find any issue with the product (damage, missing item, incorrect size/color) at the time of delivery, you must notify the delivery agent immediately and contact our Customer Services Department right away to initiate an immediate return/exchange process.
