1. Exchange Policy (Applicable to Eligible Items)

We offer exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: Exchanges are offered for size or color changes only for the same product style.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Items purchased during a discounted sale, clearance, or special offer campaign are non-exchangeable.

Innerwear (underwear, socks, etc.) or items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene or policy restrictions.

2. Refund Policy (No Monetary Refunds)

ESTUARY adheres to a strict no-monetary-refund policy:

Monetary refunds (cash-back) are not available for products purchased.

If an exchange for the desired size or color is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a Store Credit for the value of the item(s). This store credit can be used toward a future purchase on estuary-bd.com.

3. Procedure for Exchange

Contact Us: To start an exchange, you must contact our Customer Service Department right away via email or by phone within the 7-day window.

Product Check (Prior to Acceptance): When your order arrives, you have the right to check the products before receiving and signing for the delivery. If you find any issue at that time, you must notify the delivery agent immediately and contact Customer Services for an immediate return process.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to ESTUARY headquarters for processing.
