Delivery times are estimates and calculated from the time your order is dispatched (not from the time the order is placed).

4. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

5. Delivery Acceptance and Inspection

  • Inspection: Upon arrival, you are entitled to check the products before receiving and signing for the delivery.
  • Damages/Issues: If you find any issue with the product (damage, missing item, incorrect size/color) at the time of delivery, you must notify the delivery agent immediately and contact our Customer Services Department right away to initiate an immediate return/exchange process.
